Using NestSift
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and keep it accurate.
Listing a property
You may only list a property you own or are authorised to rent out. Everything in the listing must be accurate and current — the price, the availability, and the photographs, which must be of the actual property.
Listings must comply with the Fair Housing Act and with the landlord and tenant law of the state and city the property is in. Describe the property, not the tenant you want.
Every listing is reviewed before publication. We may decline or remove a listing, and we may suspend an account, if a listing is inaccurate, unlawful, or appears fraudulent.
What is not allowed
Fake or duplicate listings. Bait advertising. Harvesting other people’s contact details. Harassment. Asking anyone to pay off-platform for a property they have not seen. Automated scraping of the site.
Membership and payments
Membership renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the current period. Nothing you have created is deleted when a membership ends.
Our role, and its limits
NestSift is an advertising platform, not a broker or an agent. We do not verify the ownership of every property, we are not a party to any lease, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any renter or landlord. Reviewing listings reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. Use your judgement, see a property in person, and never send money before you have.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so on the site rather than change them quietly.
