How NestSift makes money, and what that means for what you see.
What NestSift is — and is not
NestSift is an advertising platform for residential rentals. We are not a real estate broker or agent. We do not show properties, negotiate or prepare leases, manage properties, screen tenants on a landlord’s behalf, or collect rent, deposits or application fees.
Any agreement about a property is between the renter and the landlord. We are not a party to it.
We never handle your money
NestSift does not process rent, deposits or application fees, and never will ask you to pay a landlord through this site. If anyone asks you to, that is not us — stop, and report it. Never wire money or send a deposit before you have seen a property in person and verified who owns it.

An affiliate relationship never affects which rentals appear in your search results or the order they appear in.
Advertising
Some placements on this site are paid advertising and are labelled “Sponsored”. Advertisers have no influence over search results, and we do not sell a position that overrides a filter or a sort you have chosen.
Featured listings
Landlords can pay to feature a listing. A featured listing appears at the top of the default view and on the homepage, and is labelled “Featured”. It does not appear in searches it would not otherwise match, and the moment you choose a sort — by price, or by bedrooms — your choice takes over completely.
