Is the landlord membership really free at first?
Yes. New landlord memberships start with a free trial — you are not charged until it ends, and you can cancel any time before then. After the trial it is a simple monthly membership.
Do renters ever pay?
No. Searching, saving listings and messaging landlords are free for renters and always will be. Membership is a landlord product.
What happens to my listing if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. You drop back to the free tier, which includes one active listing — any others become inactive and stay in your account until you resubscribe or mark them rented.
Does paying get my listing published faster?
No. Every listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live, whether it came from a free account or a member. That review helps reduce fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate listings, so we do not sell a way around it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account, with no notice period. Your membership runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
