Is the landlord membership really free at first?
Yes. New landlord memberships start with a free trial — you are not charged until it ends, and you can cancel any time before then. After the trial it is a simple monthly membership.
Do renters ever pay?
No. Searching, saving listings and messaging landlords are free for renters and always will be. Membership is a landlord product.
What happens to my listing if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. You drop back to the free tier, which includes one active listing — any others become inactive and stay in your account until you resubscribe or mark them rented.
Does paying get my listing published faster?
No. Every listing posted through NestSift is reviewed by a person before it goes live, whether it came from a free account or a member. That review helps reduce fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate listings, so we do not sell a way around it. Listings marked “Via partner” come from a licensed data partner rather than a NestSift account; those are screened automatically and link back to the original source.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account, with no notice period. Your membership runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
